1.  A review of your existing model.

2. A rebuild of an existing model that you would like to enhance.

3. A new build for a new business idea/model.

Pair your financial model with a comprehensive Business Feasibility Study for best results.

The process we follow includes:

1. You complete the Financial Model intake form.  In this form we ask to know information such as:

  • Business type (e.g. SAAS, E - commerce, Services, Market Place,  Financial Services, Agriculture).

  • Stage of business (e.g. pre - revenue or revenue generating)

  • Purpose of the modelling (e.g. investor pitch, internal planning, grant/loan application, business valuation)

  • Features you want (e.g. charts and dashboard, monthly breakdown)

  • Additional information (e.g. deadline, budget estimate).

2. We undertake the review or build the model. We include/consider the following:

  • Assumptions (reasonableness, applicable)

  • Sector specific matters (e.g regulated business, product or inventory type, franchise)

  • Key business drivers - revenue, cost structure, Capex/financing.

  • General soundness and reasonableness of the model

  • Advanced thinking tips to consider/the future of the idea or the sector

  • Risks and risk management tools

  • Technology/software stack

  • Special Requirements/Requirements of the third party (e.g bank, grant provider)

3. We share the model and any additional documents and set up a review meeting.
